At Adhya Chikankari, we want every purchase to bring you joy. However, if you experience any issues, we're here to help with exchanges under the following conditions:
1. *Product Condition*: Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all product tags attached.
2. *Item Usage*: All items should be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
3. *Proof of Purchase*: Please include the original receipt with your return.
4. *Original Purchase Source*: Items must have been purchased directly from our website, [www.adhyachikankari.com](http://www.adhyachikankari.com).
Size or Color Change / Dissatisfaction: If you received the correct size and color as per your order but wish to exchange the product for a different size or color, or if you are dissatisfied with the product, you may request an exchange. However, in such cases, a shipping fee of ₹250 will be charged to cover the cost of return and reshipment.
*Please Note: Exchanges based on personal preference (such as change of mind or liking) are not accepted. If any of the above criteria aren’t met, we won’t be able to process your exchange request, even if items are sent back to us. *We do not offer refunds under any condition; only exchanges are available.
### For Defective Items
We accept exchanges if the item is defective and meets all the criteria listed above.
### For Sizing Issues
If the size you selected doesn’t fit, we’re happy to exchange it. However, any additional costs for the exchange process, such as shipping or pick-up charges, will be covered by the customer.
### Exchange & Return Validity
- *Timeline*: All exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- *Product Variations: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight differences in motifs or designs are to be expected. *Exchanges are not accepted for these natural variations.
- *Color Variation*: Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings may occur; exchanges are not accepted in such cases.
- *Sale Items*: Items purchased on sale or as part of special promotions are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
- *International Orders*: We do not offer refunds on taxes, duties, tariffs, or excise charges for overseas orders on either refunded or exchanged items.
