Adhya Chikankari was started in 2023 by Shreya. She is a dreamer, a believer in the power of change, and above all, a go-getter. Shreya had always harbored the dream of creating something that not only reflected her passion but also brought about a positive transformation in the world around her.
After graduating in business management from Mumbai University, Shreya started her career in the digital marketing field. She excelled in her role as the head of marketing in a prestigious Dubai agency, but deep down, she knew
there was something more waiting for her.
One day, Shreya took a trip to Lucknow with her brothers. Little did she know, this trip would change her life forever. In Lucknow, known for its rich cultural heritage, she stumbled upon the enchanting world of Chikankari.
One fine day as she was roaming the streets of
Lucknow, she saw artisans working tirelessly, their hands moving like poetry in motion as they brought life to fabric with every delicate stitch. Day and night, these artisans poured their heart and soul into their work, creating masterpieces that spoke about their love for their art. Inspired by their dedication, Shreya felt a spark ignite within her a spark of an idea that would
soon blossom into something extraordinary.
